If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Company website, and/or course, and/or service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted [to view the video training course directly from your personal member area and to temporarily download one copy of the downloadable materials included with the video course for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

a. Download any video course file

b. modify or copy the materials;

c. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

d. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Company’s web site;

e. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

f. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

g. organize any form of” group purchase”, with the aim of sharing with friends/colleagues/others access to your personal member area. The licence and use of content is exclusively granted to any one single account on the Company website.

According to the law , once the digital product/service (e.g video, audio, file, PDF, word, graphic templates etc ) has been purchased, the consumer may NOT exercise his/her right to any withdrawal / refund.

Service interruption: the Company reserves the right at any moment, to add, suspend, interrupt, remove features/functions and/or entire services, either temporarily or permanently.
